More About Almost Anorexic: Is My (or My Loved One's) Relationship with Food a Problem?
Very interesting read regarding how you don't need to meet all the clinical criteria for a full blown eating disorder before you should (or deserve to) seek help. Disordered eating is dangerous and adversely impacts the lives of many--whether or not it progresses to a degree of severity that is clinically diagnosed. Excellent book about food disorders that don't qualify as clinical anorexia.. a must read. everyone should read this book, but especially mental health professionals
