I started out reading the Thug Series, which I still need to finish. Then I got into this series, and I think I've finished all of them. Very engaging, good plot twists, I found it hard to put it down until the end. If you like street lit, I highly recommend this entire series. In fact, if you like urban fiction in general or just want... ok story. ....wrong narrator when the first word was uttered, i immediately recognized the narrators voice. i loved her voice in carl webers grand opening. the character she voiced was a small, hardened, country woman. the voice went with the character. unfortunately that type of high pitched, twangy, mature voice did not mix with the...
