The Stranger by Chris Van Allsburg is a book about a farmer who gets into a car accident by driving his truck and hitting a man who seems to be unusual and the man is wearing a leather suit. The first thing I noticed was how unique the pictures were they looked as if they had been shaded with colored pencil and all sort of blended together. I was surprised that this was a childrens story at first because of the car accident but as the story went on I grew to like and understand it more. This is a great story to teach children...
