Punish the Wicked was super satisfying! If you want a thrilling dystopia, then this is it. Nicholas Morine does a great job of representing the outsider, Khalil Madi, and his struggle to exist under the oppressive MEU. Besides action and oppression, I loved the setting, the very background of events. It's very metal. Many of the buildings... Loved it! Was a great read. Couldn't put it down. Would highly recommend this book to thriller readers. Looking forward to Nicholas' next book. This was a bit outside of my usual genres, but I do love a good dystopia. Punish the Wicked felt a bit like 1984, but more metal.The society created was intriguing, and it is clear that thought went into creating laws and technologies that make sense for the people living in it. I'm excited to see what Nicholas Morine will write next....
